Beautiful art in a lovely location!

I would rate this -5 stars if I could. I went to this museum for my birthday and as soon as we started going through the museum we were followed through every room, there were other big groups of people there but my group was the only one singled out and followed through every floor. The thing that made it worse was that a worker deliberately took photos of my group when she thought we weren’t looking. When confronted, she made a rude face and walked away. We spoke to the manager Vanessa but she did not attempt to make amends. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY PERSON TO GO TO THIS MUSEUM.

If I could give zero stars I definitely would! If you’re a person of color DO NOT go there! A group of my friends and I were being followed the entire time by the whole staff. Towards the end of our tour of the museum one of the employees even started to take pictures of us off her personal phone! I’m sick to my stomach of how we were treated! And when we addressed it they took zero accountability and took no action to the employee that took photos of us. There is no diversity in that work place not one person of color and hmm? I wonder why !?

I would never recommend anyone to come to this place. We came to check out this museum for my wife's birthday with her family and friends. As soon as we entered the first exhibit, we were followed the entire time into every room by staff members while other groups were not, and some of these groups had very young kids and people who were loud and agitating. Some of the staff were rude and blatantly ignoring us when spoken to. But nothing compared to the one that was taking pictures of us. I literally saw the worker trying to take pictures of us but put her phone down as soon as she noticed I was observing her. As we left the room, she did it again and was pointed out by two people in our group. When confronted, she ignored us and walked away to a restricted area. I have to point out that this lady was also giving us a dirty look the entire time we entered the 3rd floor. When this was mentioned to the manager who turned out to be one of the employees that ignored us, did little to nothing. We are not even sure if the worker was even apprehended and made to delete the photos she took which I am pretty sure is illegal to take pictures of people without their consent in a non public area. This is the moment I have to mention that we were the only group with people of color. I have never encountered something like this I'm my life. This was truly a terrible experience. I feel extremely sad for my wife and her family and so much anger as to how this staff treated us. DO NOT GO THERE. Save your money.
