I've gone there for two days in a row to find locked bank. I went through the drive through

While I will admit that is a good question, it would seem Bank Of America strives to make everyone happy but in reality that's just not possible. You cannot please your appointments with walk-ins it's simply not realistic. I do appreciate their efforts but walk-ins should not be priority. It is only fair that the appointment takes priority. Worst case scenario they could just apologize and maybe refer the walk-in to a less busy site.
