These guys are tremendous. Wade and Rae helped me with my iPhone last minute when I couldn’t figure it out. They put everything from the old phone onto my new iPhone. Wade even stayed late to do so. It is the only AT&T in Homer and it’s busy, so make the time to stay, and be patient. It’s worth it. But when they get to you, they help you quickly and efficiently. I had more information given to me at this store then I did at an Anchorage location. At the AT&T store in Homer they actually care and helped me with every detail. They gave me all the information I needed and more. I am grateful and Wade and Rae both need a raise. And remember be patient and kind when coming in.

This is my favorite att store talena works with me constantly to get devices and plans that work best for me. Even sometimes off the clock! I’ve been with att for many years and this is by far the best store. I believe all the people who work here need a salary and a vacation all paid for by corporate. Drinks included! Thanks guys! I’ll check in with talena periodically to make sure she is being treated correctly at this company or I’ll be switching to cricket wireless.

I'd like to start by saying Wade is a legend and a saint. Whoever is in charge over here should know that he deserves a medal and a RAISE. Phenomenal customer service, patience and knowledge. The only reason this isn't a five star is because homeboy doesn't deserve to be in the shop alone, but that's on mgmt.
