Always love this place. They have the best meat sticks in town!! Jalapeños and cheese, yum. Nice place to pick up gifts for others or yourself. Unique. Always friendly and seem cheerful to help the customers ( hard to find these day) I haven't used the process services but have heard they are fast and efficient. Good place to visit

Awesome service and up front about prices. They process this fish and freeze it in a timely manner. They also have shipping options if you need it. I would add that prices are based on weight as you bring it. So if you can, bringing the fish already filleted is probably the most bang for your buck. But you also have the benefit of them doing all the hard work for you if you still have the fish on the skeleton. So your choice.

Hi Trinity, you must be at least 16 to work at CSP. Pay rate is dependent on experience. We will begin hiring for the summer season in May. Fee free to stop by the office and pick up and application.
Hi Terry, Thanks for your inquiry! Yes, we do offer freezer storage. The cost is $10 per day per box. If we process your fish for you, you have up to two weeks of storage for those fish included with the cost of your processing. Hi RB, We do not sell dry ice. Unfortunately I am not aware of anyone in the area who does. We do have gel packs that we sell that can be used for shipping purposes. Please let us know if we can help.
From what we experienced it was first come first serve. They opened at 10:00 and when we got there at 10:20 it was already 2 customers ahead of us for fish processing.
