The caseworker they assigned me named Wendy talked to and treated me like a child when I am literally 22... They never got back to me about getting a new one after over a month. That was so dehumanizing to be talked to like I was 3 years old just because of my diagnosis's. The caseworker they assigned me before Wendy ?Darlass? kept making excuses as to why she couldn't see me for over a month over and over again. We were supposed to have meetings weekly. Horrible experience.... Mostly with Wendy........ The worst part was hearing her talk to other adults normally. I'm beyond angry.

Portage county has very limited counselors. I had one for 4 years and she left there in october it is now august and still no counselor. If you need counseling do not go here

Waited 4 weeks for an intake appointment, that was initially supposed to be telehealth since I’m moving, then I get a call a week before my appointment saying I’ve been double booked so they needed to adjust my appointment until this morning. I had to wait 20 minutes for Tina to show up and when I asked if this is typical, her previous appointment running 20 minutes over, and she said it’s not her responsibility—everything should be blamed on her scheduler. I really deserved better. My schedule didn’t work out to spend nearly the first half of my hour just waiting, wondering if something else got messed up with my FIRST appointment. This place is not dependable, if you’re really needing help, seek another place. It’s more stress than it’s worth. There’s more people and psychiatrists that care enough to show up when they say they will.

My family and I have benefited greatly from the physicians and psychologists at Coleman. Especially Susan Barker, Miranda, and Tina. We have gotten our lives back from their close interaction with the patient and seamless RX transitions as well as prompt, appropriate hospital placements, and social services including Medicaid program help. Thank you Coleman for everything you do!

I would not recommend it
They have one but I would recommend the local BvR. The kevin Coleman is not reputable or dependable
I would NOT recommend a child or an adult with autism to Kevin Coleman.
