My acrylics we're beautiful and the technician took great care in making sure I was happy with all aspects of the nails from thickness to the final shape and polish a 100% great experience!

DO NOT GO THERE!!! Extremely disappointed in customer service. After 3 years of being a loyal client, I was treated with much DISRESPECT, RUDENESS, and DISCRIMINATED way! I lost my time.They ruined my day and affected my mental health cause they embarrassed me in front of everyone and made me cray and made my day bad!! I called and I got an appointment at 12:00 with Natalie because my home is 25 minute away from the shop. When I got there she said that she has another appointment with another person and will let another person take care of me and I said okay. I waited for a 45 minutes to have another person come to me. The person name is Tom, he was HORRIBLE saying that he can’t do Dipping nails and that I should do Gel nails. I said I am a customer here and and I usually do it and he said okay will cost you 70$ and I usually do it for $55. However, I said usually I do it with diffrent price and he start raising his voice on me and saying if you do not wanna pay the door is open and get out!! I do not even say that I won’t pay!! And he start screaming at me and pointing with his hand to the door. I asked for the manager to make a complain, and when she came she said ( I am sorry but he is Tom) and she said I’ll let Natalie take care of you she is already done with her customer, and she asked me to wait. I waited for 15 minutes and then Natalie came and said she can not help me cause she has another customer and told me to come back later!!!!!!!! So I just left the place without doing anything and I will NEVER COME BACKE !!!!
