I walked into our room to a wet floor in front of the refrigerator. I opened the door and water poured out and the unit was not cool. I called the front desk and had to leave a voicemail. I never heard back so went to the front desk. The woman at the front desk acknowledged she heard my voicemail but wasn't sure of a solution. I stood there for 5-10 min as she walked back and forth between computers. Another couple came to check in to the hotel and she asked if I could step aside to help them. At that point I said I'll just go back to my room and wait for her call. No call ever came and no one came to the room to resolve it. We went out to dinner, came back, and dealt with warm drinks for the next day. Overnight we found the AC not working properly. The "temp down" button was missing and couldn't be depressed. I found out "up" worked, but couldn't get it to go back down.. This made for a very uncomfortable sleeping experience as well. No sense in calling as I never had a resolution to my first issue which was easier than a bad AC. Went to breakfast the next morning to find one person trying to help everyone looking to eat in the 3-hour period. There weren't enough plates, eggs, waffle batter etc.. The room appeared clean but smelled musty, at that point, we weren't in it long enough to really care. Wouldn't recommend or stay here again.

Very nice room, everything was clean and sparkly. Things like cups were wrapped for sanitary purposes. Bathroom tub and sink, very clean. Tub/shower looked new. Good customer service throughout Inn and free breakfast was very good with choices from cereal to sausage and waffles. It would have been nice to have a mini bar inside to keep from leaving the Inn but a restaurant was directly across the street from Inn and they were nice as well.

Great place to spend the weekend. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We had the best breakfast ever from a hotel. The only bad thing I could say was during our stop it was spring break and there was a lot young adults in the hallways after quiet time. My wife really enjoyed the room and annuities.

Great option if you find yourself in need of a place to stay in Hampton, NH. We stayed in one of the suites for 2 nights in February. The room was simple, but clean and spacious. The indoor pool was great for the kids. The gym is basic, but it does what you need it to. The wifi is fast and strong. Honestly, any complaints that I have can be chalked up to the lingering difficulties brought on by the pandemic as well as staffing shortages. I don't blame the staff though, you can tell they were working hard trying to make everyone's stay comfortable. A particular shout out goes to Carlos in the breakfast room. Both mornings, that man was hustling his butt off making sure everyone had what they wanted and helping out anyway he could. Thanks again, Carlos!

I didn't have any problems with the wifi
The hotel is located mere steps from a funeral parlor. The spirits of the recently departed don't have far to travel.
