I have a membership at the Nat, I went with the hubs here this morning to try it out. Do NOT go just try it out!! They will not let you in unless a sales person is in the building! Unreal, kid at the desk was a certain B word!

I’ve belonged at this fitness center since 2016. I joined under LA Fitness, which I considered a “premium gym.” It was then converted to ESPORTA, which was set-up to compete with the “discount gyms.” Unfortunately with low membership prices, you now get everything that comes along with a “discount gym,” including aging and broken equipment, dirty locker room conditions, and…(fill in the blanks). I am the first to offer praise when deserved and there are some staff members who are outstanding people. My biggest recommendation to this facility would be to either contract an outside cleaning agency or include more staff to clean. It is a large facility and needs the proper attention for cleanliness. The men’s locker room is a staph infection waiting to happen. STEAM clean a couple times a year! I realize the gym business is tough, but you have to, in my opinion, offer a clean environment first and foremost.

This place only wants your money. They don't care if your sick and can no longer afford classes/membership. They make canceling and refunds so hard. They have made my bank account negative multiple times. I so regret ever even going there or trusting the people who work there. My experience has deterred me from ever getting a gym membership again.
