This is a very nice, but small State campgrounds. The nice thing about it, is no matter where your camping spot is, you're never far from the water. The campgrounds is located on the far northeastern corner of the lake. They have a single restroom/ bath house with a small general store. There is a dumping station with a potable water station. There are water stations throughout the campgrounds, but no water hookups. There is 30 amp electric hookups at all campimg spots. It's a nice campgrounds. They have canoe and kayak rentals at the campground store, which is really nice so you don't have to tote your own kayaks if you don't want to.

We were there last weekend. We have Verizon and had no issues. Wasn't always 4G but no dead service.

They hadn't cut it while I was there. But I don't think it's ever the "ideal" time to mow the grass acrossed the entire campsite (someone will always prefer it to be done another time). But they have to do it sometime, probably once a week. It just is what it is. Its either early (while some people are asleep), mid-day (while people relax and play on the lake) or late (when its too dark and most people relax). It just is what it is.
