Very Quiet and safe place to live. Neighbors are respectful and drive cautiously. Management is very professional and helpful. The yards are kept very clean as well.

We have loved living here and have just renewed for another year. The condos are well maintained, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful landscaping. The office is staffed with very helpful and professional people and we have had 0 problems with neighbors. We really love it here and are so happy to call The Pointe At Evans Lake home!
