There was dog hit and crumbs on the beds when we arrived. There was no hot water to shower probably one of the worst places I ever stayed. When we called about it to the front desk there weren’t very concerned and made it seem like it was no big deal, it must happen frequently

Building smelled like cigarette smoke. Although the room did not. Bed was actually pretty comfortable, but the overall cleanliness was pretty gross. The sheets had stains on them and there was a greasy handprint on the wall above the headboard. There were water spots on the sink and just general nastiness on surfaces. Unfortunately it was snowing when we were there and they made no attempt to clear the parking lot so we could get to our car. For 60 bucks a night I suppose it was OK but we booked across the street at the Hampton for our second night and had a much better experience.

Front desk clerk was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and quiet. Bed was a little hard but for one night it was fine. Shower pressure was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

We've stayed here multiple times. The Head of Housekeeping lady is the best and very accommodating. This is the most pet friendly red roof inn in the country, 4 pet limit. Noon checkout is a bonus. Most of the front desk staff is top tier. We've had little issues here and there, but have always been well taken care of. Only complaint is that most beds are still dated spring mattresses, not quite the franchise standard quality.
