The drinks were sent back 3 times. And never came out right. The manager was to busy to come over. So I called him later on the phone to talk to him. He promised to mail gift cards. Hence 2 weeks later they never came. We usually ordered alot of food. This day we paid for drinks we never drank and left. Still tipping the waitress. We will never go back!!

I usually don't complain but I just had your oriental chicken salad and while it tasted ok it was basically coleslaw with chicken on it It was lucky to have 5 pieces of lettuce in it. Definitely not a salad. I didn't complain to the waitress because she never came back after serving us until she brought the check. Probably won't order that again it's just lucky I like coleslaw. Kinda disappointed

Stopped in for a drink and appetizers and had a pleasant time. The food was good, but the service was not the best. Try the pretzels and beer dip, very good! They weren't busy, I just feel our server was very slow and maybe a little inexperienced. Wouldn't prevent me from going back though.

We walked into this particular Applebee’s with a party of 5 when it was dead. As a carside worker with this franchise, there is an expectation to have at least decent service and neatly presented food served. Our experience, however, did not meet our expectations. As depicted in the picture, the broccoli was still in it’s bag and the tooth pick was still in the steak!! Are you kidding me?! For as dead as this restaurant was when we walked in and walked out, this should have never occurred. If I were to walk out with this plate, I would have profusely apologized to the guests and would have taken it from the table because it is unacceptable. Never again are we going to this Applebee’s.
