Waited 3 hours past my scheduled appointment for a routine oil change. Their makeshift waiting area consisted of a trailer with a few seats and 2 lawn chairs in the sun with customers sitting on the ground. This is my first Hyundai and will be the last if this is the way the service departments run. Maybe only make appointments for the amount of staff you have working.

Shadiest dealership around, and there are A LOT of shady dealerships... They'll attempt to take you as a fool and overcharge you for service that would not cost even 10% that at a reputable independent garage. Right now they're using the giant American flag to try and draw you in, but don't be fooled, these are not true Americans with integrity, they are self-centered greedy con-artists that will try to swindle you if you blink an eye. Oh, and the waiting room is absolutely disgusting and cramped, Jesus.

Everyone was super friendly at this place. I usually cringe when I go to places because I don’t ever feel welcomed. I drove almost 3 hours to this place for this car and they were just super nice. Tom was my salesman and he was pretty awesome. We cracked jokes the whole time and it wasn’t even like I was buying a car. I’d go back there without hesitation. Everyone was super helpful there and made you feel welcomed. I was in and out and no time. Thanks again everyone and to you Tom for making today pretty fun. Never bought a brand new car and it was well worth it

It was exceptional service. I came for a recall and left with an overdue inspection, nail taken out of my tire, new windshield wipers, tire rotation and a clean car. The service manager (glasses) was super nice, coming in and out of the waiting room updating me. It was quick, easy, and the best service I've ever received. Thank you!
