I just adopted a cat from the Humane Society and was very impressed with the living conditions in this no-kill shelter. The staff knows the dogs and cats there, and clearly care a lot for them and spend time giving them attention. The young woman who took me through the cattery spent a lot of time with me, answering questions about the cats that I was considering for adoption. This was important to me as I was looking for a friend for my cat at home and was most interested in the cats' personalities. If you are looking for a pet, I hope you'll go here and bring a deserving dog or cat home to join your family!

They are so kind and have helped me get this little girl. Very helpful and walked me around to show me all the kitties!

How do I relinquish my animal to WCHS? Before you release your animal to the shelter, ensure that this is truly the decision you want to make and no other options are available. You may have other friends or relatives who would want to continue to provide a loving home for your animal. If you do decide to relinquish your animal, please call the shelter to discuss your pet and make an appointment. As we are a no kill shelter, space is not always available, and we may ask you to work with us until space is available. When you bring your pet in, please bring all medical records, papers, training records etc., and any other information regarding your animal. You will need a valid ID, and need to complete an owner release form. Such information is used to successfully re-home your pet. There is a relinquishing fee which helps offset our costs.
I think you can but I would call to double check and schedule your appointment
Who can neuter cat
Not currently, watch our FB and website for any than come in.
They have all their shots and fixed if age appropriate. I'm not sure about the fees but I know they're reasonable. $75ish. Should be on their website with a application form 5o download
Yea they do, so as empty soda and beer cans and of course dog and cat food
We absolutely do! Thank you for thinking of us and thank you for adopting! ♥️
