Awful. Went in and had nobody ahead of me. The people at the front desk said “we don’t work this deal but the person who does will be back soon”. After waiting 10 minutes I asked if the front desk person was coming soon, and showed up soon after. She said the phlebotomist had someone back already but I’d be next and they were almost done. 15 minutes later still nothing. I inquire and the desk employee says “I don’t know what’s taking so long” but didn’t offer to check? Weird. Waited 5 more minutes and left. I’ve never had issues like this in any lab. Go elsewhere. Even people with appointments who came in after me were annoyed at how long it was taking.
