And now every time I reach to the contractor he has an attitude or can’t find the time. If you are looking for a a property management group, take your time and find someone else

This is one of the most unprofessional and lazy management companies you will ever encounter. Melanie Ellingham is the agent over my condominiums. She rarely if ever sends an acknowledgement of emails, she is loud and distracting during Zoom meetings rather than sitting on mute, and rarely calls you back, though she claims she will. I left a BBB review encouraging people to consider other options and she finally found the time to call me back with an update on an inquiry I asked. She stated that I needed to, "educate myself" on her role, when I already have and what I said still stands, she's lazy. She then proceeded to hang up the phone when I asked what wasn't true as her response was based on my opinion, that she is lazy. They should be your option triple Z, they are lazy and unprofessional and your HOA could do better.
