The reception staff were friendly and helped me reschedule my ultrasound asap when cancelled due to an emergency. They got me in the next morning. I had both X-rays and an ultrasound. All staff from reception to technicians were great. Darlene helped me on Friday at reception and I did not catch the name of the girl on Saturday morning, but she had a really beautiful foral tattoo on her arm. Crystal was my X-ray tech and was phenomenal. Turns out that we see the same Chiropractor! The Ultrasound Tech on Saturday morning was also kind, heard me vent and walked me through all the breathing. She was calming and supportive despite the discomfort. I'd recommend this imaging center for sure. My wait time was short for my walk in xrays.

My husband a I went to pick up his xRay results, but the front desk lady was very rude. My husband don't speak a lot of English so I was translating for him so she would ask me a question I will answer but she will ignore me and ask who is the patient in a very rude way. End of the story she told us she couldn't find any results for him but I have an invoice that I guess we don't have to pay since there is not record of his XRay.

Jennie is so sweet at the front desk! The staff has been nothing but kind. I have had an issue withe xray machine nor working properly twice which is a concern. Katrina great and funny.
