I went from spending around 10k between myself and insurance to under $500. The Wakefield RI store is by far the worst I have been to. No phonecall when meds are ready. The procedure for picking up some meds are poor. Go through the massive line and if it's not ready, go to drop off and then they may tell you like they did me it will be about 3 hours . People are ahead of you. They were sent at the same time over a week earlier . I told my doctor not to send ANY of my meds to CVS EVER!!

I was unfortunate to have a cashier,REGINA,today at cvs in wakefield. I have never had a problem with most of the cashiers are very pleasant. Regina got very impatient with me entering my cvs discount card,giving her my phone#. She got impTient again with instruckting me to can el it. Then my visa was not ac epted for payment which Gain frustrated he.registered

This location needs to figure out its computer problems! I'll give any business a few chances but this is now the third time one of our prescribers has sent something over and they have no record of it. This is lifesaving medication!!! Myself and probably our doctors too are sick of making five phone calls to get a script through!

Staff are superbly kind and helpful. Reluctantly have to leave three stars because the pharmacy inconveniences or bungles my prescription pickups like half the time. I'll be going back to Wakefield Prescription because they're faster and less busy with equally amiable staff.
