Weekday, us two were first ones in the place. Our order was taken in good time by a sweet waitress, (by the way we only recognized one waitress, everyone is new), but it took a bit for our food to come, I ordered scallops and fries and very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️, both were much overcooked .Wondering why they cooked them so dark brown, the new owner asked how it was so I kindly explained to her food is overcooked. She offered to replace it but my sister was half way through eating and I did not want to wait again. She didn't charge me (I'm glad) but we both came out very disappointed.....

Coleslaw drowning in vinegar 👎 the cottage cheese was mushy, and their ( famous fried chicken) 🤢 not good! Out side was hard and the inside was dry! 1st time there and my last! The big guy at the register acted like he didn't even care so we will not be back and we won't advise any of our friends to go!

Service was lacking. We asked our waitress for ketchup and tartar sauce. She never brought them. She never checked up on us until she brought us the bill. The food was barely decent.

The new owner that just took over the business is very nice. The ham loaf is absolutely delicious. The portions are very generous as well. I highly recommend this place.
