The service was good, friendly personnel, the room and the areas where really clean but I give it 3 stars because of the bed is the most uncomfortable bed is good for 2 days but if you are going to spend more than that you going to regret it. We spend 6 nights and by the third we all was in back pain hips pain and our vacation became something uncomfortable and unforgettable and not for a good reason.

Because of a tornado in the area, we had to find new accommodations and this was the ONLY hotel in a 30 mile area that had rooms and electricity. The prices were VERY reasonable.. we got a large King Suite for $135.. The only negative is that the mattress wasn't very comfortable. It wasn't horrible but it wasn't what I've come to expect from most hotels. The breakfast bar was adequate as well. The staff on hand were always pleasant & helpful.

My husband reserved rooms for two evenings on a website that wasn’t Ramadas unfortunately. It was a site that mimicked Ramadas site, so be aware of that. The first evening we were put into a smoking room. It was beyond the most horrific and disgusting smell you could EVER imagine. Waking up to the nauseating ashtray smell was not fun at all, not to mention the health concern of being in a carcinogenic room and the lack of concern for their guests health and well-being. I’m SHOCKED that in 2022 in America you can still smoke in hotel rooms. The hotel absolutely REFUSED to work with us because the reservation was not made on their site. The front desk staff were not nice and very rude actually. The manager was very kind and warm and apologized with a smile which made the situation much more tolerable. The second evening the room was nonsmoking and it was clean, it didn’t smell like an ashtray. However you can hear everything in the hotel from other guests. There are no other hotel options in this area but I did notice a cute house that was a bed and breakfast. Consumer be war of the health risk your taking when staying at this Ramada.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was immaculate clean, and the staff was great in helping us with directions to where we were going. We will definitely be back.
