The pass office is very disorganized,, apparently only one person handling the truck drivers. They are only open until 1400,, and the poor guy has to go to lunch, so not available for the whole time. The parking lot is not sized for big trucks. Get more than one or two and it's every truck for it's self. Somebody needs to rethink this area
