Staff is always so helpful at this North Spokane store. I'm loving the new updates and I love that the plus-size section is in the middle instead of being crammed in back next to clearance. I can tell exactly what is plus-size and I didn't have anxiety like I was rifling through a junk pile. I also really appreciate the dedicated customer service desk instead of having to go through a checkout. This store is always clean, feels safe and has a solid selection. I wish Spokane had a super target store, but maybe one day.

No wonder the stock of this store is plummeting! Placed a 6:30 AM mobile order for a 2 Hour curbside pick up on a four item shopping list. After waiting at the store for almost an hour and a half I was informed that the two items that I came for weren’t even available and had been canceled. Customer Service was entirely unhelpful and would not even answer their phones so I had to resort to getting someone from an entirely different department to physically walk over there just to flag somebody down. In the time that I was sitting there five other curbside orders had been fulfilled so I know that my order which had been placed at 6:30 AM was not bogged down by very many in front of mine. If not for the Associate Maggie to take it upon herself to see what was going on I would’ve never even been informed, and likely still waiting.

I was in Target yesterday and bought over $50 worth of product and I found out I have the bag my own items if I bring in my own bag. What kind of customer service is this? Target seems to be more concerned with their bottom line and adding profit everywhere. The kicker is the person who didn't bag for me was the Store manager

Failure to properly label/stock cards in correct spot under a sign that states yu-gi-oh/magic cards. Wouldn't honor their mistake, triple checked the area around it for anything indicating this was the wrong price. Found out at register its 31.99 , failed to honor their own mistake and false price representation. Got attitude from the clerk over it, when a manager or lead came over and checked the bar code on it the item wasn't even magic or yu-gi-oh related. Disappointed that they wouldn't honor their mistake.
