*PLEASE DON'T REPLY TO THIS POST!! *********************************************** A BUNCH OF ELITIST SNOBS! Is that really the kind of reputation the residents of the Spokane Valley are proud to have??!! The staff at this location are also wasting large amounts of water on their lawns by turning their sprinklers on last night into early this morning even though it rained most of the day yesterday! (1st:THINK ABOUT HOW THOSE ACTIONS MIGHT AFFECT OTHERS IF WE HAVE A DROUGHT THIS SUMMER, & SIMPLY CHECK THE WEATHER FORECAST FIRST FROM NOW ON! 2nd: ALSO CHECK THE FORECAST FOR THE TEMPERATURE BECAUSE THIS FAR NORTH IT'S USUALLY STILL PRETTY COLD AT NIGHT & WEE HRS OF THE MORNING THIS TIME OF YEAR AND ALL THAT COLD WATER SPRAYING AROUND DROPS THE TEMP ANOTHER 10°-15°!!)

Check your pick up orders!! Drove to Spokane to get a pair a shoes they didn’t have in CDA… got home … stained . Called customer service to see what happened and how super nicely and the lady that answered was awful and told me yep it happens return it . I asked to speak to the manager he was nicer but at this point I was mad, any place I go they always check boxes to make sure both Shoes are in box … this is a large stain (see pic) that should of been removed from the store no one should be sold something gross like that! He told me I have to wait 24 hours before returning and that he couldn’t help and that is it . Oh slight discount on a new pair but they don’t have it any way (sold out these were the last pair) so that didn’t help ! I would never recommend this location after awful service like that!!! Acting like oh well it’s my problem what do you want me to do about it attitude. Shame on you guys …. It’s not THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY. To figure out a Solution it’s yours . And if you don’t have protocols on how to then you are slacking and needing new management and training .
