I was not pleased with most of the service I received at Lexington Plastic Surgeons. First issue - I was told to arrive 15 mins. prior to my appt., subsequently l wasn’t seen until 15 mins. AFTER my appt. ln summary, l waited 30 mins. to be seen and there was NO reason for me to arrive 15 mins. early. Second issue – l met with an assistant for my consult who was barely able to answer my questions. She stated she was going to ask a co-worker for help. It took her 15 mins. to return with her co-worker. She didn’t apologize for taking so long nor did she apologize for not being able to solely answer my questions. Positives Felicia was the informed employee who answered all my questions; l felt she was very informative and had a pleasant demeanor. They didn’t seem very organized… 1) l was told to arrive early which was unnecessary 2) they were 15 mins. late seeing me 3) the receptionist was unprofessional and acted like she didn’t want to be there 4) when the assistant met me in the lobby she called me by the wrong name 5) only one employee was knowledgeable 6) the estimated price l received is higher than other surgeons 7) there are several negative employee reviews online about Lexington plastic surgeons 8) I WASN’T made to feel secure or comfortable about selecting this facility for my procedure 9) I will likely have my surgery performed elsewhere

I have been so nervous and anxious about the topic of my body and elective surgery. I recently had my consultation and Felicia was so comforting and relatable that it made me feel so much better. The office is nice, clean and welcoming. I am excited to start this journey and get back to who I was!

Ms Kelly and her Supervisor, I do apologize for not remembering her name, they was very nice and I felt very comfortable. They took their time explaining to me what I needed to hear and the goal I need to accomplish. They were very hilarious and transparent. I will definitely recommend anyone who have questions or maybe curious about it. Big or small
