This is the MOST unpleasant and unprofessional medical appointment I have ever scheduled!! I was here last Wednesday as requested by my Primary Care Physician, only to be told "I should schedule an appointment or wait two hours!" I go online schedule an appointment to be totally ignored at the front desk for 10 minutes and told to check in at the kiosk keeping in mind I arrived 15 minutes early as suggested to still be WAITING an hour later!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE and SAD!!!! I will definitely drive further to a different location in the future. It is worth it for respect, compassion and courtesy!
