I love Jim and everyone who works closely with him. I would recommend Parrish Law Firm to anyone needing assistance with traffic or personal injury matters without hesitation.

Mr. Parrish is incredibly kind and easy to work with. I felt so lost going into my situation and he took the time to listen and give thoughtful responses. I would recommend him to anyone in need of legal advice.

Our firm handles personal injury cases that arise from auto accidents, including car accidents, motorcycle accidents, tractor-trailer accidents, bicycle accidents, or pedestrians struck by vehicles. We also handle dog bites/attacks, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, and injury claims resulting from dangerous drugs (like prescription drugs), dangerous consumer products (like Round-Up), and defective medical devices (like DePuy hip replacements).
All of our attorney’s fees are contingent. That means you do not pay an attorney’s fee unless and until you get a settlement or judgment.
We have been representing injured people in Virginia since 2004.
Our staff speaks both English and Spanish.
Before I represented injured people in their claims against insurers, I worked for insurance companies. I trained insurance adjusters and defended their insurance claims. I now put my knowledge from inside the insurance industry to work for the injured people I represent.
Yes. Many of the people I represent have ended their relationship with prior counsel because the prior counsel did not do what was necessary for their case, or they did not have the experience I have.
Our attorney’s fees are contingent, so we do not get paid unless and until you do. Typically, the contingency fee is a third of the settlement or court judgment.
Yes. Many of our clients need to meet outside of normal business hours due to their injuries or other obligations during normal hours.
The initial consultation is free. People call us during difficult times in their lives. We understand they need sound advice to help them get through those difficult times, not another bill.
