My 5 year old needed stitches and we had to wait 6 and half hours to be seen. Lack of staff? Terrible management? Fix it, we count on you. Your service is crucial. How would you feel if your child can not be provided medical care on time?

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a hospital ER. Tests were done in a timely manner but after 4 hours waiting to see a doctor, I had had enough. The nurse on duty suggested I go relax in my car and I would be called when the doctor would see me. After 5 hours that implied it would be even longer. I told the nurse this used to be a good place. She told me the world had changed and about ambulance patients. A poor attitude. And when I mentioned some plans for the next day she told me that a man my age should not do that Bottomline do not go here.

Terrible! The wait times.are too long-close to three hours. The front desk is not able to help or answer questions. They took a Cat-scan but I never got to see a doctor. It got too late. In lieu of seeing a doctor I was told to look in “My Chart” for the results. (Now to find the password.) PS I have a serious condition.

Very rude staff . Just being nasty and rude unnecessary. From clerk in front all the way to emergency room staff. Horrible horrible horrible.
