Been under construction for over 2 years, they should just blow it up and start over, along with the rest of Bethesda

No. When you pay for parking, you are paying for one specific parking spot. If you move your car to a different spot, and a parking monitor finds your car in a spot that was not paid for, you will get a ticket. For example: say you bought 2 days of parking, but decided to take your car out for a few hours within those 2 days, and then you come back to find someone had taken your spot. You will be obliged to pay again, or risk getting a ticket. Interestingly, that other car would have paid for that space as well, since there is nothing saying that the space was already paid for (unlike a regular meter that says how much time is left for that space). If you do plan on buying multiple days and then leaving the space empty, you could try to find an unpopular location, like far from the elevators, as that will increase your chances of the space being unoccupied when you return.
Some details about overnight parking: If you arrive _after_ 10 pm, then any time you pay for starts from 7 am. E.g. if you buy 1 hour when it's 10 pm, you can park until 8 am the next day. If you arrive _before_ 10 pm, there is no way to pay up to 10 pm and then from 7 am to some time in the future. You _can_ purchase whole days, at $18.75 per day, but if you park before 10 pm, then you're paying $18.75 for the time up 10 pm.
Please call Waverly.
If you want to park for more than one day, you need to park in the long term parking areas, and pay for parking per day. Note: If you park before 10 pm, you will be obliged to pay for the entire day, even if you start parking at 9:30 pm.
Parking is free overnight from 10pm to 7 am and free on weekends. You'll need to be in a long term spot that can accommodate all of the hours that you'll be parked outside of those overnight hours if you're not planning on moving the case during the week day. You cannot just add time beyond the max without risking a ticket. You'll need to pay for each individual parking session. Using the app is simplest.
I think I read that there is a maximum of 14 days you can park in one of the long term parking spaces. If you park multiple days, you will need to buy a multi-day pass and park in the long term parking area.
They do, in theory, but when I tried, the app failed to find my parking spot. Also, park mobile hits you with a service charge that you don't get when you pay with directly at the station (even with a card).
You have to pay for parking.
Yes.
You will get the first two hours for free (5am-7am) and then have to pay for the remaining six hours (7am-1pm)
MobileNOW stopped being supported in 2020. Pay on site, or use ParkMobile (if you don't mind the service fee).
Yes. You can call and just pay for an hour. You can call back and stop the meter at any time.
I think there is only a yearly one.
Yes, I left it during a weekend bus trip to nyc. Perfectly legal.
