Good sales and prices on gently used kids items. Some deals are better than others. Great for seasonal gear (swim wear, winter coats, pjs, etc.)! Some of the regular items can be similar prices to buying new. I like the idea of recycled clothing especially when my kid grows out of things in 6 months anyway.

Love the store! Great supplies great prices great toys, needs a lot of work on the customer service side. Ask to have a bag opened to show a toy to our grandson and the discuss in the lady's voice and face was awful. Then checking out was not a pleasant experience either. I'm hoping it was just because I went on a weekend. But there wasn't really anyone in the store surprised at that. Will try never again to go on the weekend.

I order 80% of my stuff online. So I am prob not best to ask.. Guess I just got lucky and went at down/slow times? I would let management know though, any time I reported an issue corp is pretty fast about getting back to you. Sorry they where rude to you.😕

It varies. Sometimes you are the same item in there for different prices. Sometimes you are an item with stains after they rejected your perfectly good items. I buy there, but don't sell there.
