I travel to the Redmond area about once a month. Rarely do I pass through town without eating at Diego's. The food is always great. The service is always great as well, but last Tuesday it was exceptional. Wil, one of the bartenders, was our server, he was as good as it gets. I am in margarita fan, he makes the best.

Worth the 40 minute wait to get a table! Menu is like High end Mexican meets Roadhouse grill. The Mole was amazing!

We clean and sanitize all surfaces promptly, our entire staff is masked, wears gloves and washes hands continually. We offer Curbside Takeout for maximum safety. At the moment since indoor dining is not allowed per state mandate, we do offer outdoor dining on our heated patio for guests who love to dine in.

Between 4 and 5 you should be able to find parking close. There is a parking lot a block and a half away on 7th and Evergreen.
Depending on the weather, Diego's has a patio with terrific service. Their sister restaurant, Madeline's in Redmond has a small private room. Please call Pablo, the owner at either restaurant, he is very professional and friendly.
