One of the many stands in the fish market has them, variety is quite good,
Steamed crabs and crab legs are considered ready to eat food by the USDA, so they cannot be purchased through EBT card. However you can purchase live or fresh uncooked crabs with your food stamp benefits. I would call establishments and ask if they accept the payment. I would try the Municipal fish market. Or maybe Captain White's Seafood.
