At some point, years ago, I had the last Jack in the box burger I could stand. I only ate their bacon cheddar potato wedges and those got old. At some point, they revamped their food and wow!! They are good now!! It's still fast food, but it's better quality of food and service.

Every time I've ordered a desert with my meal I NEVER GET IT. Paid for cheesecake yesterday. Had my meal delivered to my work via Postmates and Again did not get the desert. What's up with that

Went there yesterday at 4:47 pm prior to going to the airport. Neon sign said open, door was open. Went in to order food and waited there for a wihle before seeing a woman behind the counter preparing orders. She motioned to me to wait that someone would come and take my order. Waited several minutes and no one came. 2 more customers came in and went to the bathroom. I went to the bathroom and came back to order. Still no one coming to take my order. The lady behind the counter kept looking back somewhere I could not see as if she was looking for someone to come to take my order. But she never told me "We're closed." She was busy preparing orders, so I thought to go to the drive through. Sign still said "OPEN" but at the drive through order no one answered. I drove up to the window and the same lady saw me and then WALKED AWAY. I drove around to the front again and saw a woman coming out of the place with a full bag of food. I asked her, "Did you mobile order or order there?" she said mobile order and that they were closed. And yet the sign still said OPEN. So at 5:-04 I drove away and then had to scramble to find another place to get food before getting to the airport for my picky eater child who was now in tears hungry, tired and frustrated as was I. The least you could do is teach your employees to: 1. Say "we are closed/no longer taking orders" instead of making people wait for NOTHING 2. Put your sign to "closed" when you are closed and close the doors 3. Also change your google hours - they do not indicate that you close at 4:30 pm on Friday afternoons.

You deserve no stars. One word - DISGUSTING....... At 6:45 pm there was no one in line but me from the time I arrived and as I left (should have been a clue) so you were rushed is no excuse. The fact that you couldn't figure out how to sell 3 tacos (telling me they only come in sets of two) was a start. But then my tacos and seasoned curly fries arrived. No lettuce in any of them. Just meat, cheese and so much taco sauce it squirts out. The tacos are so oily and greasy I could change the oil in my car with it. They were inedible and went in the trash.........and how about the picture of those SEASONED, CURLY fries looking all straight and regular. But I'll bet you folks are looking for that $15 an hour that you think you deserve.

It was more than one taco - it was six tacos, all made the same way. To be this bad it had to be intentionally prepared this way. No one can make six tacos this poorly. And, I did call the store manager. There was NO store manager available – I’m guessing that’s why the food was so poorly made. No one was running the store. it takes a lot for me to complain to upper management . This was a lot!
I've had some similar experiences at this location but it definitely isn't always that way. I think just 1-2 of the people who work at this location have a bad attitude.
