Ordered from this McDonald drove 15 miles away to work To find out my food Raw so I had to drive back to get a refund they don’t feel like eating there anymore.

I come here in the evening regularly as I work in the area and they consistently screw up my order. Not like its anything complicated. I asked for a quarter pounder with no ketchup and guess what was on the burger. That's happened multiple times. Apparently following simple commands is to complicated for the night staff.

Employee said lobby was closed but there clearly states a sign said open from 7am to 8pm and the sign should of been taken down by management if that changes management should change the sign that poor management

This McDonald’s has messed up my order more times than it has gotten it right. They gave me a happy meal without the nuggets in it today. I used to work in fast food and messed up my fair share of orders, so believe me that it takes a lot before I leave a bad review.
