We stayed here as it was right off of the I-10 freeway and it was on the way to CA. The AC was so loud, it woke us up in the middle of the night. My husband thought a semi was parked and running outside the room…that’s how loud it was when it would turn on. We had a horrible nights sleep. The bed was somewhat comfortable. We liked the mobile check in with a mobile key option so we didn’t have to check in at the front desk. It was close to several fast food restaurants. Would not ever stay here again though. The breakfast was fine for a hotel breakfast. The hotel was very busy!

When first arrived it was a mess. I could not pay with cash. So I had to go and deposit cash into my account before coming back to check in. But the girl at the desk, at that time was very patient, and nice. Good customer service. Um stayed about a week. The hallways are VERY loud. And the door make too much noise going in and out. The key cards constantly stopped working and didn't work on all the exterior doors that are "conveniently" placed around the building for easier access. In the middle of the stay, I requested housekeeping once. My husband and I keep the rooms fairly clean. But the one day we did ask for service, didn't really seem like the cleaned anything. The carpet at the very least. Towards our last night I wanted to add another night. But didn't get around to doing so until the morning. Before checkout. I wanted to ADD the night so I wouldn't have to pay ANOTHER $150 deposit for incidentals. They informed me my card was already closed out and I would have to pay the deposit again Anyways, got checked in. Was told the deposit would be $20. But was charged $1. Weird. But ok. While that stay completed my stamps to have a free stay, so again I wanted to add a night to our stay. I spoke to the manager asking, if it could be added on to my already week stay. She says no I would have to book a new reservation and pay another deposit. so I asked if maybe they could just add it to the first stay, since the FIRST deposit was still pending in my account. She said no. There was NOTHING they could do. Which was weird, cause then how could I have only been charge $1 deposit the night before.?? Bologna.

Chose to stay here on a whim as it was getting late and it is near the supercharger. Loved it and will choose this as a predetermined stop in the future. Fantastic continental breakfast; kind, friendly service staff. Bed was huge and comfy. Pullout bed was also very comfortable. Nice little fridge (no freezer), spacious and upscale bath. Super clean and quiet. Great gym and nice little outdoor pool

Nice new hotel in the nice area of indio beautiful room reminds me of Japan soft new beds almost nicer than mine at home! Very clean and safe free hot breakfast pool is small but clean. Nice exercise room. Gina at front desk was amazing very helpful.
