I want there with my daughter She wanted to try new epiphone electricguitar for kids And if she like it we will buy it !!! Thay have it in boxes but yhe man over there refused to let her try it first !!! He was saying. " well you can buy it and if it not good for you just return it..but we can not let you try it first " Beside the fact the this man acting like He really don't love he's job .it's don't make sense to buy something that you not really sure if you want or not just to try it . For me it really bad customer service!!! Sorry for the bad review

i've been going to this guitar center for many many years, since it was venemans music at the same location. i have bought more than two dozen guitars, basses, drums and keyboards as well as a full PA system not to mention ukuleles, microphones, stands, straps, amps and even a banjo over the years. i played in bands and now i have three kids that are all musicians and we go to GC to bond and make sure their passion is supported. I have had mostly positive experiences and when it wasn't heading in that direction, a manager always made sure the issue was addressed. Last week i went in with my 11 year old daughter who just had a bday who i had bought a small acoustic bass for about $300 a couple of months ago waiting for bday. when i gave it to her, she said it looked like a bass for babies and wanted a bigger one. unfortunately, the timing had run out because i had bought it and put it in a closet until her bday. so the salesperson told me that because it had been too long, i would need to sell it back ... so i said okay, i'll take a bit of a loss. so he said he could give me $100 for a $300 instrument that was unplayed. I told him to look at my account to see how much business i've done with GC and that my kids -- who are all musicians and play multiple instruments -- are 11, 14, 17 years old and will be needed more gear over the years. i suggested he not take a myopic view of this transaction. he shrugged and said that's what i'd get ... so i just finished going to Chuck Levins in Wheaton and online will be going to Sweetwater for our music gear. it's a shame, have spent a lot of time bonding with my kids since they were little in that showroom playing instruments and yes, buying them.

Too many options. All Budgets options. Great experience 'cause you can test all guitars around you.
