You do have to pay for renting movies, Although entering the library is free to public and so is parking. If it is your first time they do have a adult place with computors, they also have a kid section if u have any kids. There is lots of books for you to choose from in all types of languages and all types of genres. No. They provid excellent service. I had conversations at the desk my first day that lasted 1/2 an hour about books. Very knowledgeable staff.
