Residents treat other residents with disrespect by cussing them out, walking into your room without knocking and acting like they own the place. Staff does nothing. Visitors are not allowed to request certain residents to not be allowed in loved one's rooms despite Covid concerns. Staff will accuse you of recording other people's conversations with your phone without proof. Staff plays favorites and doesn't believe you when you tell them that a resident is harassing other residents even when that resident denies and tries to manipulate you into thinking they are innocent. Staff tells visitors not to bring snacks into the facility from the outside environment.

This is the worst place I've ever seen an elderly family member have to stay.. it saddens me to see the way ppl are taken care of in this place if they even get taken care of... It's not a good place avoid bringing a family member that needs help in here
