I went there myself with 3 other people on June 12th 2021 and the pool was still open.
The pool is open for 2 2-hour sessions M-F. Sat & Sun they're open 3 hours. Register online and pay online only. $2/person. Call the office in the morning to register and ask questions.

They weren't scheduled to be open until frederick county schools were finished .Open today at 12. *The pools will be open seven days a week beginning with the first day of summer vacation for the Frederick County Public School system and will be open weekends only once the 2018-2019 FCPS year has begun.

Yes they do, check the pools website to sign up. They have classes at 5pm-6pm and 6pm-7pm. Mon-Thur and if it rains they make up on Friday.
