Is this pool open to non residents of Middletown and is it usually crowded?

Yes, my daughter and I were just there on Saturday and had a great time. Staff are great.
You pick a picnic bench out side the fence area, then pay, and there are bathrooms. The staff were great. So was their boss. You have to take a test to use the deep end. Only cost us $4 from 1-6. It was not busy when we were there.
Anyone of any age can go right?
Me and my fiancée were planning on going today?
It's a dumb question but it'll be our first time going there

Anyone can go to the pool. It is $3.00 for adults and $1.00 for kids. You can't bring food in but you can bring in a beach chair if needed. And must have a bathing suit on if you want to go in the pool
