Everytime I have to call I get put on hold only for it to go to voicemail. I simply do not have the time to sit on the phone for hours waiting on someone to answer the phone. The answer rarely comes and someone MIGHT get back to you by the next day if you leave a voicemail. I do not have this problem with any other company in this area and for the areas they service this should not be as big of a problem as it is

Website is pure TRASH! Cant even log on to pay bill, has happened multiple times. Also, these bums have more holidays then the gov't. Pick a different trash service and save yourself a headache.

I gave them 5 stars to begin with because they SEEMED to be a good company at first. They usually come to my house around noonish and the ONE day I didn’t get my trash out until 930am they must’ve come early so I asked if they could come again and I was told no unless I paid extra. Then there were TWO times they didn’t show up until the next day and I get an apology email (late at night mind you) that they are short handed please excuse them. I called and said ‘well do I get a refund for that day?’ The response was ‘no, your trash got picked up even if it was a day late’. This is not good service.

Depends on the day you are and the location. With our routes getting bigger and bigger, times can vary depending on dump schedules. COVID restrictions have started being lifted at the Dumps so we are processing loads faster.
At this time we do not have growth models that include Morgan County.
