I had the worst manicure and pedicure ever. After getting my pedicure the lady didn’t get me a flip flop and I had to walk barefoot on the dirty ground. The water was extremely hot, she didn’t check how warm it is beforehand. And after getting the manicure I had to wait fifteen minutes, they made me get up before the end of the wait time to seat other customers, even though other seats were empty. The manager was very friendly and nice, but the staff were just rushing through the process and very unprofessional. I’m never going there again. I won’t recommend it to anybody.

I've been coming to Progress Nails for years now and I alway leave feeling amazing! Mr Young is my favorite and always knows how to shape my nails exactly how I want it and he has a great attention to detail. The pedicures are so relaxing and they really make an effort to make you enjoy with complimentary drinks such as mimosas :) thank you for a great experience as usual!

I am so impressed with this nail shop! I accidentally left a bank envelope full of cash next to the manicure chair. The shop didn’t know how to reach me, so they took the bank envelope to the address label on the outside of the envelope. That is my home. I was so grateful that they cared enough to bring this to me. None of the cash was missing. To encounter integrity like this these days is rare. They also give fantastic manicures and pedicures!❤️
