Whatever the focus is at Wendy's it surly isn't customer service! I recommend only eating there if you have plenty of time to kill and nothing better to do than wait for food. The employees run around with no idea what end is up this is the perfect example of unorganized team work, when the employees have the look of being lost it doesn't inspire confidence in getting what you ordered.

Nice to be able to sit in the dining room again. If I not good enough to use the dining room, they are not good enough to sell me food.

Been going to this location for years. In my memory I've never had my order mixed up. Generally go through the mobile app and pickup at the drive thru anymore, but the staff I see are always friendly and I rarely have to wait much at all, even during the rush. Of course, the food is excellent as well!
