Caitlin helped me schedule my winterization with TLC. They are always super friendly. Drew came out, on time as always. It was my first time interacting with him. Very professional and courteous…got the whole thing done in probably just over an hour. These guys are great if you are considering upgrading your lawn (and flower beds, etc) with state of the art irrigation. They also do lighting and even Xmas decorations I believe. 👍

I always find making appointments with your office very easy and you are available via telephone, email, office visit and for me even text messaging. I must commend Caitlin for her quick response and booking - which worked well with my schedule, and kudos to Abner the technician for arriving on the top half of the appointment window - which allowed me additional time to get back to work. The work was completed fast and professionally. I have been a loyal customer of Tender Loving Care (TLC) for over 10 years and would not even think of hiring any other contractor.
