They are always willing to help us find banking solutions to our banking needs. When you own your business and farm its hard to find the time to do our business at the bank. Love how flexible they are with working with us.

Always a pleasure to work with this local CCB. People that have issues with their bank don’t manage there accounts and want someone to blame when they have a problem. CCB has always been good to me the last 4 years!

This is the worst bank. It is completely focused on driving up its stock price and not on customer service. It designs its systems to assess maximum fees and its technology is subpar and does not work well with money management. Save your money and join a credit union.

Call 671.0400 and press option 2. It will take you through the steps like you did to activate your card. There you can pin your card. You dont have to have the old one to do so.
