I am a new resident and the apartments are very luxurious and quiet. The complex has great amenities and perks. Also the apartment complex needs some improvements such as parking. I am a retired disabled veteran and have a handicapp tag. There is never any parking or enough handicapp spots. There are residents that have two vehicles and both are disabled vet tags but only one vehicle is ever driven and other stays taking up handicapp spots. Also why isn't there a place for guests that are visiting in a designated parking and why do they get to park in residents parking when they arevisiting. I am upset because every day being disabled do I have to park two blocks away from my apartment when I should be parking in spots close to apartment. Why are others allowed to take spaces and leave them and never move them and allowed to park in areas and left. It's very unfair to other people that need parking for their disabilities due to medical to park so far away. This apartment comes should have assigned parking for guests and allow residents with disabilities to have only one spot and not take two spots when others with disabilities and are handicapp to park so far.
