I will not be returning to this location. I made the mistake of not getting the name of the person that helped me. My issue was my battery, just my battery. The advice he gave was scary. Not sure if he thought because I was a woman I would believe everything he said. Few things that were told to me: 1) I can’t hook up the battery tester because there is no place to put the positive clamp? I had to tell him where to put it. 2) you have corrosion on your battery so I’m not allowed to take it out? 3) you would have to find someone to remove it for you and then we can install the battery? 4) Your 3 year warranty is up and you are on pro rate? My battery was purchased 11/19 and he refused to admit I was still covered. 5) when taking your battery out you may need to cut the wires because of the corrosion? 6) The store …Didn’t have the battery- THANK GOD because he would’ve charged me for something I had warranty on. I could’ve put baking soda and water and it would’ve been handled without cutting wires. I told him thank you and left. Got in my car shocked! There’s a lot more but don’t need to say much more. This is plenty. I took my business to the one on 951 and Vanderbilt (Mission Hills) and they handled it like pros. Cesar was amazing at Mission Hills location. Had the battery, took it out with ease (sprayed the tiny area of corrosion, it melted away), new battery replaced in record time. And my warranty was still in effect. I called Pine Ridge location back to make them aware of their service and how sketchy it was and hope someone trains better there or they will have zero customers returning. Thank you.

If zero stars was an option, that's what I would give! Horrible, terrible, rude service! We were here out of town for a funeral and the employee could not have been ruder about the warranty on our battery. He needs to learn people skills! Stay away from this location. Go 1 minute down the street to either Discount Auto or O'Reilly if you want to be treated friendly!!

Great place helped me get straightened out fast! Bobby and Jean helped me get my battery straightened out! Don’t keep going through battery’s chances are it’s a bad alternator!
