I used to enjoy going to Spa in the Valley but recently I feel I'm caught up in a Seinfeld episode. They can "take" a reservation but don't seem able to "hold" the reservation for an appointment. 10 days ago I had an appt only to find when I arrived, they didn't have the appt booked. I made another reservation for today, but received a call this morning telling me the massage therapist wouldn't be in. It appears the operation has become poorly organized. Paige Davey
