Where do I start? There's no wake up service, they do not have mints on the pillows, it's very loud, hard to get some relaxation, housekeeping is non-existent, forget about early check out. I do not recommend staying here. Also I dropped the soap and now my prison wallet is the size of a purse.

Horrible jail system, worst I've ever experienced. They will let you lay on the floor and die if your sick and no one cares in this place and they do everything they can to keep you there and nothing to help you

You need to go to SecurusTech.com sign up and add money. You can also download the app. I found it easier to go to the website to add money. Use the app for texting video chats sending pics and what not. You have to use a different company for commissary. Hope this helped
The only system in the lobby is for commissary. You have to go online to add money for phone calls and visitation. Yes it cost 9.95 for video visitation . There might be a way to call Securus Tech and add money by phone but I'm not sure. I know you can for commissary.

You could call the sheriff's office and be transferred to the jail, but they may or may not share that information with you.
