I think theyre not trained properly. You never get the same order. Everbody makes the orders their own way. So im pretty sure its the managements fault..the people that work their seem friendly but also looked stressed out also management shouldn't leave the training for new hires among the employees. Management should train directly.
I've found the folks at this DD store to be terrific. Been going there for several years, and have never had a problem.

I would think that the reasons for opening later vary from instance to instance.
