Okay I just want to say first off, all of the orchids they had here were gorgeous, but unfortunately the one I bought seems to have been neglected, although it was in bloom when I bought it. Recently I tried to repot it and found out that has been severely root bound for a few years considering the roots are pouring out of the pot. I do understand that orchids like to be snug in the pot but this orchid's roots are strangling itself. The sphagnum moss also was very broken down like it had not been changed for a while. And not to mention when I came here the owner was rude because it was raining and she did not "want to get wet". Very knowledgeable I can attest but my experience was underwhelming.
